It?s Groundhog Day! And fun-loving Groundhog Dave has come out of his shack to predict the weather... only to discover his beloved town of Bucketville has been hijacked! Turns out the devious town's developer Mr. Whatnot has bought Dave's beloved town with plans to transform it into a swanky shopping center! Say it isn't so! With Dave at the helm, the town's citizens band together to rescue their town. But Dave has bigger fish to fry... A premonition foretells of a great and mighty storm threatening the town's very existence and beyond! Teaming up with his loyal friend Chester the garrulous deer, Dave sets out to discover the meaning of his vision and save the world!
