We can't make head or tail of newest 'Hostel II' poster [Updated]

Remember when we showed you the decaying meat poster of Hostel: Part II? (It's shown at right if you don't recall.) Well, Lionsgate just released the follow-up and we still don't get it.

In addition to the meat, we now get a hand (and arm?) holding a dismembered head. Maybe this is just the second in a series and we'll see more in future installments.

Or perhaps I'm just in over my head.

Hostel: Part II is expected in theaters on June 8.

UPDATE: Thanks to reader Sean M. for pointing out that they simply combined the decaying meat poster with the second, NSFW teaser poster of Bijou Phillips holding her decapitated head -- a trick any Photoshop novice could handle. Consider us a meat-head.
