Bill Murray Cons Himself Into 'Bad Santa'

While most outlets have been reporting that Bill Murray turned down the chance to reprise his role as Bosley in Charlie's Angels 2 due to creative differences with the Angels, we've uncovered the real story.

Murray didn't want the prospect of another long shoot in exotic locales with beautiful women to interfere with his Indie cred, so he's opted instead to star in Bad Santa for the Coen brothers. Murray will play one of two con men who make a living by dressing up as Santa and hitting different malls during the holidays.

Of course, their sure-fire way to financial freedom is thwarted by an 8-year-old boy with a conscience and an uncanny knack for personifying the true meaning of Christmas.
