Remember when you were a kid and your parents would buy you a toy that you desperately wanted, but they told you that you wouldn't get it until your birthday? Well, that's sort of how I feel right now about The Dark Knight Rises.

We've seen glimpses of its awesomeness and we know that we will get to experience it eventually, but that day is still a LONG month away.

Of course, to make the analogy more accurate, imagine your parents pulling out said toy every few days and holding it in front of you before snatching it away ala Lucy with Charlie Brown's football.

Christopher Nolan sir, you are bold and cruel and amazing.

While the last trailer was supposed to be the "last trailer" before the film's release, it seems that Warner Bros. has found a way around their edict thanks to promotional partner Nokia. Today, Nokia released a full-length trailer over two minutes in length featuring a bunch of new footage.

Although with news that the total run time of the film is almost three hours, it's crazy to think that there may indeed be large chunks of this movie that we haven't seen clips from. But the footage being released isn't all in video form.

Warner Bros. also released character posters, as they are known to do, for Catwoman (right), Bane and Batman (below).

The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters in just over a month on July 20. Check out the trailer and let us know what you think.
