Is there a movie from the last 15 years more beloved than The Big Lebowski? I think not. That's why there was a big to-do last night in honor of the film's Blu-ray premiere.

Much of the cast from the 1998 comedy was on hand at The Hammerstein in New York to reminisce and describe the popularity of the film. The reunion also coincided with the 10th annual Lebowski Fest and the release of Jeff Bridges' album.

In addition to The Dude himself, Julianne Moore, John Goodman, John Turturro, Steve Buscemi, and T Bone Burnett were all on hand. Burnett was a music supervisor for the Coen Brothers film and produced Bridges' album of classic country music.

Here's a look at the events from the red carpet to Q&A:

The Big Lebowski on Blu-rayNot to be outdone, Amazon is holding a special sale on the new Blu-ray set. It regularly retails for $29.98 but you can buy it at 43% off -- just $16.99 -- for a very limited time.

The Limited Edition Blu-ray collection includes a digital copy of the film as well as some really cool bonus items. I can't wait to see the book of photos taken by Jeff Bridges himself during production.

These photos from the night just confirm my wish to become the great Jeff Bridges when I'm older. At 61 years of age, The Dude is still extremely dapper and cool. He most definitely abides.
