Anthony Quinn Dies

Two-time Oscar winner Anthony Quinn passed away last Sunday at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. He died of respiratory failure reports say.

The Mexican-born American is best known for his God-like roles in Zorba the Greek and Bedouin in Lawrence Of Arabia. Anthony is one of the success stories in Hollywood, trudging through B-movies and in the end having appeared in more than 150 films, boasting several Academy Award nominations.

His wife Kathy Benvin and some 13 children will mourn the loss of their loved one. Anthony had a reputation for his many wives and mistresses but good friend Vincent “Buddy” Cinci still believes. “He was larger than life. I was proud to call him a friend.”
