Judd Apatow corners 'Sherlock Holmes'

In news of the weird, bizarre and unexpected today comes this piece of information. Judd Apatow is putting together a Sherlock Holmes movie with, I kid you not, Sacha Baron Cohen slated to play Holmes and Will Ferrell on board to play Holmes' partner in crime Watson.

One can only imagine that it will fall more along the Pink Panther style of crime solving and less of say the seriousness of CSI. Although, at this early point, it's anyone's guess as to what will become of this project.

Cohen and Ferrell previously shared the screen in Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, also produced by Apatow.
