Man shot, killed after 50 Cent movie

50 Cent's movie debut, Get Rich or Die Tryin', unfortunately seems to be living up to its name. A 30-year-old man was shot and died by a concession stand after viewing the movie, prompting the Pittsburgh-area multiplex to pull the movie.

Controversy has surrounded Get Rich or Die Tryin' for the last couple of weeks. The release of the movie was pushed up to Wednesday at the request of theater owners concerned over an overcrowded theater and its reaction to the movie's content. In various cities, billboards advertising the movie have been deemed to be too graphic and taken down.
