Harry Potter's flying car has flown the coop

If you're a true Harry Potter believer then the magical Ford Anglia known for its independent spirit simply got up and went from the movie its movie studio home. The police, on the other hand, suspect muggle thieves.

The movie prop that was featured prominently in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets went missing from South West Film Studios in England on Friday.

According to a police spokesman, the theft appears to have been premeditated. "The film prop was being stored under a tarpaulin. It was not in good condition and could not have been driven away under its own steam."
