Julia Roberts scuttles revealing TV show

So, not only is actress Julia Roberts stunningly beautiful, apparently she's pretty clever too. Celebrity-trashing TV channel E! had set their sights on the raven-haired actress, when she offered them a lucrative proposal.

One of E!'s hot new programs 'Love Chain,' a revealing show that traces the love lines of some of Hollywood's most interesting celebrities, had announced its intention of devoting an episode on Julia's vast and colorful romantic past. Newly married Julia didn't want her past transgressions to be put on display, so she offered the channel an alternative.

In exchange for canning her episode of 'Love Chain,' Julia offered E! an exclusive look at her upcoming Oscar-contending movie Mona Lisa Smile. Now, the channel's executives are the ones with something to smile about.
