Sir Ian New Head Of Hogwarts

Sir Ian McKellen has been chosen to replace the late Richard Harris as Professor Albus Dumbledore in Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban. Harris played Dumbledore in the first two Harry Potter installments, before succumbing to cancer this past October.

For McKellen, this will be his second stint as a famous wizard. He currently be seen in theaters as Gandalf in The Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers.

Filming for the new Harry Potter movie is scheduled to begin in February.
