It happens everywhere, but plastic surgery is the "in" thing for the beautiful people. Miss Congeniality queen Sandra Bullock claims everything she flaunts is 100% pure. This is good because Ms. Bullock has one of the most popular chins used by plastic surgeons as a model.

When she learned that her chin was in and by Practical Magic doctors were making women everywhere look like her she thought out loud, "Don't you think I should get a kickback for that?"
