Real-life Pilot Sues Fox For 'Behind Enemy Lines'

20th Century Fox missed its' target at the box office and now it seems the second round is taking a hit itself.

Captain Scott O'Grady is suing the studio for producing Behind Enemy Lines and falsely portraying the incident but even more so, the real name and identity of a national hero.

The lawsuit claims Owen Wilson depicts the downed pilot as a 'hot dog' type pilot, uses foul language and disobeys orders. This is far from the truth of the real Captain O'Grady.

O'Grady also claims he had no colloboration with the filmmakers but the movie was constantly referenced to 'the Scott O'Grady story.'
