Peter finds himself dumbfounded when a mysterious malady affects his wife -- she thinks she's a dog. In the face of the world's cruelties, she surrendered to a crazy wish -- to love and to be loved unconditionally. Meanwhile, he finds their family and friend's reactions to be just as dog-gone crazy. Maybe life in the doghouse isn't so bad.
