At a peak moment of their three decade history, the Grateful dead played two live concerts. Here is a vivid presentation of the footage filmed at Oakland Stadium in Oakland, Calif. on July 24, 1987 and Anaheim Stadium in Anaheim, Calif. on July 26, 1987. The DVD features, almost in their entirety, the four sets the Dead played on their own in Oakland and Anaheim. As in previous editions of View from the Vault, viewers are seeing this as it appeared at the shows, captured from the real-time four-camera feed and projected on giant video screens.
