Each year, Hollywood has to say goodbye to a few of their brightest stars as they ride off into the abyss in search of better things after death. This week, another legend joined the hunt.
Sir Nigel Hawthorne died on Wednesday from an apparent heart attack. The 72 year-old actor had been battling cancer for the last two years.
Hawthorne, best known for his Oscar nominated role in 1996's The Madness Of King George, had a distinguished career in TV, stage and film. He played Sir Humphrey Appleby in the long-running British TV show "Yes Minister." His most recent films include Amistad and Call Me Claus.
