Fox hunts a 'Wolverine'

20th Century Fox is planning a spin-off of its popular X-Men franchise centered around de facto hero Wolverine, played by Hugh Jackman in the first two movies.

Jackman has not been inked to the project yet, nor has a director come aboard, but writer David Benioff will develop the script.
