Some people might think that The Exorcist 4:1 is cursed by the devil.
First, director-to-be John Frankenheimer passed away this past year putting a halt to the pre-production work. Then, lead actor Liam Neeson bolted as a result of the delays.
But now, it looks as though the movie is back on the right track. Stellan Skarsgard has taken over the lead as Father Merrin and long-time Hollywood writer and director Paul Schrader has taken over the director's chair.
The film is scheduled to start filming in November and continue through the first few months of next year.
